Prioritize Better Discount Rewards, Improved Customer Support, and More

We're hyped to announce a few changes to our discount pop-up along with added customer support options! Let's dive in 👇

Improved discount display

Products that have multiple discount campaigns will display discounts in the following order: Highest percentage to lowest and then highest dollar to lowest.
This makes it easy for customers to view their discounts from highest to lowest value.

Disconnect your wallet from the pop-up

Customers can now disconnect their wallet from the pop-up instead of from inside their wallet. To disconnect your wallet, click the account button on the top of the pop-up and then click the 'Disconnect' button.
This makes it easy for customers to disconnect their wallet from the page without having to navigate back to their wallet.

Added in-app customer support

We've added in-app customer support. To get started, just click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner!
Chat support is available from 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri eastern time.

Upgraded WalletConnect for discount campaigns

We've upgraded WalletConnect for discount campaigns.
New campaigns will automatically have the upgraded WalletConnect pop-up.
For ongoing campaigns, disable and set your campaign to active to update WalletConnect.

Customizable Discount Pop-up

We're super stoked to announce that one of our most requested features has finally been released!

Customize how the discount pop-up is triggered

You can now customize the floating button that triggers the discount pop-up! Change the background color, image inside the button or even switch the floating button to an inline button. This gives you more control over how the discount pop-up is displayed to your customers.

Bug fixes

We've fixed a bug that caused the duplicated discount campaign to not be saved when you clicked "Save."

Duplicate Campaigns

Since we started, we’ve focused on making sure it's easy for you to create perks for your web3 audience! In honor of that, we're happy to announce that managing your campaigns just got a whole lot easier!

Duplicate a campaign

You can now duplicate a campaign from the campaigns page under the "More actions" menu, or from the campaigns summary page. This makes it easy to create new campaigns that are based on existing ones.

Added disable badge to campaign summary view

You can now see which campaigns are disabled in the campaigns summary view. This provides a visual cue to help you quickly identify the status of your campaigns.

Bug fixes:

The success message that is displayed to customers when they add a coupon to their cart is no longer misaligned
We've fixed a bug that prevented you from disabling and enabling products that are part of a stacked discount.

Campaign Analytics

We're excited to announce a new analytics feature that will help you track the performance of your campaigns! With this new feature, you can see a summary of all your campaigns, including the total number of redemptions, total orders, and total sales. You can also track your analytics on a per-campaign basis, including which wallet address was associated with each order.

Identify which campaigns are performing well and which ones need improvement
Make informed decisions about your marketing strategy
