Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File
PERCS requires a CSV file with a unique integer in the first column and the wallet address in the second column, as shown in this example:
You can obtain a snapshot of collection holders from websites like etherscan, polygonscan, and basescan by navigating to the collection and selecting 'holders'. From there, you can download a CSV list of holders.
Using this snapshot of the builders collection, we will format it to match the sample CSV:

- Delete unnecessary data
- Move wallet addresses to column 2
- Enter unique integers in column 1 (drag or use macro)
- Save
Step 2: Upload to PERCS
- Add a new campaign on PERCS App
